We offer a range of services to humanitarian and development organizations around the world. Among them: grants design and management (specializing on complex multi-sector, multi agency grants); planning and elaboration of organisational strategy and systems; as well as other consulting services such as training and workshops on different technical subjects such as education in emergencies, integrated programming, support services, child-centred PSS, budget management and partnership development. Laura Walton-Klerx and Kevin Klerx are a consultancy team with a combined international experience of over 17 years. We have expertise in both programme development and support services. ​ Laura  has a Masters Degree in Refugee Protection and Forced Migration, School of Advanced Study, University of London and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Journalism with Psychology at City, University of London,  and is currently a postgraduate Psychology student at Northumbria University in the UK ​ Kevin has a Research Master’s Degree in Middle Eastern Studies, from Leiden University; and a Masters Degree in Arabic Philology from the Radboud University in Nijmegen. Kevin also holds a BA in Islam and Arabic from the Radboud University in Nijmegen, and an Honours Academy Degree from the same university in the Netherlands. ​ Through our combined education, and years of professional humanitarian experience, with increasing responsibility in complex emergencies, our company has a solid sectoral knowledge. We understand the principles and practicalities of humanitarian response. We have institutional knowledge of the major humanitarian and development donors and practical knowledge on community-led consultations and programming. Laura’s area of technical expertise is Education in Emergencies, with a skill set in programme design, strategic and operational planning, including the development and execution of country strategy; and monitoring and evaluation, notably during transition phase response and organisational change. Kevin’s area of technical expertise is in support services, staff capacity and development. His skill set is focused on finance and budgets; HR, admin and safeguarding; logistics, procurement and fleet management. ​ Over the past years we have implemented, supported, monitored and evaluated numerous projects for multiple organizations in the Middle East, North Africa, East Africa, South and South East Asia as both staff and consultants.
